You will think I am pulling your chain , but this is for real.

At better outdoor stores , and I have even seen this at dive shops. It is called "Cat Piss". It comes in a little can kinda like Carmex. This is the absolute best anti-fog I have ever seen for anything.

        its actually called cat crap

but don't you dare put it on your glasses or your lenses for your goggles
the scratch resistants will come right off of em!

find an old pair of glasses and use the cat crap on them

Fog-X works pretty good if you have GLASS glasses.
Back in the day, I always used glycerin soap (like Neutrogena) and it worked like a charm.

I think he was talking about his glasses, not his goggles. My goggles never fog, but if my glasses fog inside my mask, that's where the problem comes in.

He was asking about his glassed not goggles.
Before I got contacts, I used a mix of Tear-Free Baby shampoo cut 1:5 or 1:10. Don't let them get wet. I also rigged up a fan from an old computer, a 9v and an on/off switch.
