from the judge in the WDP v Sp case.... " i find it significant that aside from a somewhat limited notebook produced by gaston, the four named inventors offer NO documentation of there work or there contributions to the conception or reduction to practice of the claimed invention"

They were delayed again, on Odyssey's web site it said shipping the end of December.

Someone here said they saw a HALO on an emag at their field (can't remember who it was, but it was in the last day or so)

They've shipped a small number of HALOs with bodies from their original injection molding subcontractor. They were having communication difficulties with that contractor, and are in the process of moving the molds to a new contractor to have them spit out the bodies. Chis Goddard anticipates shipping more 1,000 units by mid January, as they've got the internals ready to drop into the body halves.

Thanks for the update Bill. I've had mine on order for about 2 months and the waiting is killing me. I'm sure it will all be worth it.

hey i dont play tourny so i dont know rules but accordin to warpigs review of HALO

              And i quote
"HALO logo gem which unfortunately will likely need to be removed by tournament players under the 2002 NPPL rule set which requires solid colored loaders and only a single black and white sticker per side. Fortunately removing the gem is an easy task. " Y would that rule exist??? what does a sticker do to give an unfair advantage?

perhaps to keep refs from thinking it is a paintball hit????

So how does the halo know when to feed? Does it use an infrared sensor like the traditional revs?

about the rule, theres a post about this, its because so many people were COVERING thier hoppers with stickers and stuff that it made idetifying hopper hits harder so you can only have 2 stickers that have to be white/black, one per half of the solid color hopper

Does that apply to warp feeds, specifically the cool fades plus having a color AGD sticker on them?

"Stickers on loaders or feed devices of guns will not be allowed except for one 2" X 4" black and white sticker. One on each left and right half of the loader or device. "

Note it says feed devices or loaders, so that would include the warp feed. Now I have to take the Powerpuff Girl stickers off of my Warp :-(

Yep, it's all about over-stickering to hide hits.

For the full set of 2002 NPPL rule changes, see:
