New cheap cockers

Have you guys seen the new cockers that WGp is coming out with? they are real cheap, like 180$ Teh made it into an affordible gun for newbies. i dont know much about cockers but cant you just slap an e blade on the new ones and make cheap nightkasts?

you can slap eblades on them and make cheap "super stocks"
but a nightkast has a different reg and other stuff :P

i just sold my cocker about a month back for $250, good thing i got rid of it then

The new ones should take an e-blade without any modification save for a custom plate to mount the solenoid.

Everything I've heard is that some modification will be needed to install an Eblade. Electronical three-way and the such.

Ditto. The frontblock will (IIRC) have to be replaced. Also their cheapest version has a gas through grip, not a regulator, so that'll have to be replaced as well. I honestly don't see any reason to get a new marker over the previous ones anyway. I say go find a 2000 bodied cocker dirt cheap and slap the eblade on that. Not like the 03/04 milling is going to really lighten it anyway.

These are not the 05 cockers. They are what they are labled, the "Trilogy" series. WGP will be coming out with "real" 05 cockers as well. (I know this sounds like a cop out, but I don't remember where I read this, possibly on WGPpress?)
