    Qloader mounting question

Im considering the purchase of a Qloader, and ive been thinking about how i might mount it on my marker. This is the gun the Q would be going on:

I understand that the shorter the hose from the Q to the gun, the better. I have been pondering what it would be like to mount the qloader directly to the warp left feed neck- -- with the Qpod extending inline with the reg: towards the back. Has anyone mounted their q directly to a warpfeed body?
Is this mounting going to be structurally stable? Will the qpod be too long and hit me in the face? - - if that was the only problem, I could rotate the loader so that it pointed down at a 45degree angle from the feed neck.

Im really just trying to determine if this would work out like i think, or if i need to go ahead and get the custom mounting bracket so that i can explore some other mounting options.

    Experiences? Thoughts?

    Thanks in advance,

    Carl

If you purchased the advanced mounting system you could virtually mount it wherever you see fit. With the stock mounting system the only place I could see you may be able to mount it would be on to the foregrip where the pods would sit parallel under the barrel.

get the custom mounting bracket and mount the loader on the bottom of your grip. You will have to get the custom bracket, because the stock mounting system comes out of the right, and obviously your body feeds left. it would be much easier to drop another 35 bucks than buy a new body. And about the shorter tube, don't worry about it. My loader is at the bottom of my regulator, and to counter act the long tube I just set the pre wides higher, my q-loader empties in about 2 seconds, you'll love it so much more than wrap feed and you won't have all of your weight on one side of your marker and you won't have to deal with the brick on the left of your marker. it will take about 5 minutes to install the loader and the pods come assembled, so after that you'll be ready to rock

One thing you could do is get the CMS and mount the bracket on as if it were pointing to your left while you were shooting. Then you rotate the black disc towards you or away from you; that way the Q-Loader will be mounted in a similar way to how you want it but not exactly. I wanted to do that or something similar, but I like how mine's under the barrel.

bad dog, i like that setup and may try it out. Actually, i DO have a warp ULE. . its a warp left body. Qloader's website has a picture similar to that set up on an angel (of course without the lovely profile reducing warp body). The only thing is that im just not sure if i would like it under the barrel- - i dont like the idea of the qpod extending out past the barrel tip. Would definitly set it up to find out, though.

Keep the suggestions coming guys! Has anyone mounted this thing on a zgrip yet? if so, how's it balance out?

Also, the pics below are from PBN's qloader thread. this guy has it set up pretty much just like i was thinking. I think it looks pretty good on the matrix, however i know that my mag is a MUCH smaller gun- - and i dont want the qloader to extend way back behind the tank- - i like to shoulder my tank, not my loader lol.

I think i'll just go ahead and get the package that includes the custom mounting deal- - its a bit cheaper that way, and im just not sure that i WONT use it (like in the pics below). Id rather have it on hand, and at a package discount price, rather than to find out later that i need it and go on and pay full price.

            Keep the suggestions comming!
