Mini Mag ?

I just picked up a free mini mag.
the back half of the valve says "ANS Phase II"
What are the differences, if any, from a stock mini mag valve??

I have not tried to gas it up yet...but the previous owner says it does not work. Just wanted to know before I start troubleshooting it.

mmmm The ANS phase II valve was an ANS upgrade valve that basically did nothing as far as i know....
