    im new to e-mags and i searched everywhere, where can i adjust the velocity on the gun? is it that hole in the back of the valve or..?

    Yes, the hole in the back. Clockwise shoots faster FPS. It's fairly sensitive to turns.

      it uses a allen key right and whatta mean by that? if i turn it a little bit it goes up alot or what?

        yes, its very sensitive so even if you turn it just a tad, the velocity will be substantially higher.

          yep...1/8" allen key.

          yes, a turn in of 1/4 revolution will be 5-8fps in the chrono. take a clearing shot or two inbetween adjustments to let the new pressures set in properly too.
