    Rt to Emag

To convert an X-valve RT with ULT to an Emag, what parts do I need? Obviously I know about the frame and such, but do I need the E-mag on/off and other sear parts, or do they come in the grip frame?

    Thanks in advance...

You'd need the Emag bottoms (Battery, grip frame, sear assembly). Problem is, they aren't sold. You'd have to buy them used.

You'd also need a new on-off pin depending on the rail you use.

You'll also need a new RT style on/off assembly....emags dont like the ULT kit

There should be a couple of emag lower halves floating around in the classifieds on AO, that's where i got mine. Good luck

I have a set of e-mag lowers for sale - including the milled rail (because Im just going to include it). I even have the right on-off assembly that I would include in trade for yours (so the X-valve I have will still work). Send me a PM if your interested

Already have the lowers, but thanks anyway... So it looks like all I need is an on/off... Do I get the Emag on/off, or the RT on/off? (I am using an E-mag rail)

Emag on/off. Make sure your valve has a quad oring in it as well.

You have the board, selenoid, battery, HES and the emag grip frame and all to mount battery to? And the rail? Needs a groove for the wires to run through... and mount the battery posts. And you do need an emag sear. It has a seperate rod to the selenoid ram.

... thats a lot of stuff ya know.... and a few tiny things I not going to get into if you got that part.... things like the battery posts, hes covers... and such as that....

You will need the right on off pin is what you need for the valve. But realy after you get past the lower unit its just a valve and body is all you got coming over from an RT.... can modify the rail though and use it but.... its really not worth it all unless you got some kinda great deal on the bottoms stuff...
