PM Inbox problem

When I log on and look at my PM's this is what I see:

XspyX - You have 0 new message(s) since your last visit.
(You have 0 unread messages and 68 total messages in all your folders.)

But when I open up the PM folder I only have 8 messages in there. And this is with the little drop-down menu that says Show messages from: " The Begining "

Where did the other 60 messages come from and how can I get rid of them?

Check your Sent stuff as well. And you also have some in Tracking.. more than likely.
