AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
Cool. Ya know though...they keep calling it a "paintball gun". The problem is, that it's not. you are gonna get some idiot out there that reads this and say, hey, how bad can it hurt, I think I am gonna cause trouble anyway. He'll find out real fast that it's not a normal paintball gun
Yeah, that was really my only issue with the article. The media needs to learn to seperate paintball from riot suppression technology derived from paintball.
I've got a copy of Boston Herald (this artical is the only reason I touched this rag) Tues. August 24, 2004 that's got the FN303 on the front page.
The artical is about how "[Boston] cops sitting on DNC Arsenal." I guess they've got a few things left over that didn't get used in all the "riots" durring the DNC.

Seeing such a poorly written as this one makes me wonder how these "journalists" must write a bunch of other poorly informed articles about other topics, because they obviously don't do much research about a topic before they write.
arent those guns absicaly the smae thing as like a mag? are they as fast? i think it would be funny to see a cop holding a ule mag rippin on it into the crowd.(wrong but o soo funny)
"A distance of at least 10 feet between the cop and the target is required before the paintball is fired."
"Compressed air blasts the paintball out of the muzzle at a knockdown velocity of 300 feet per second..."
I know the FN-303 rounds are substantially harder then normal, so this may be an entirely true statement. Not a terribly big fan of seeing "paintball" being associated with the capability of "knocking someone down".
