Where do i go to get my tank hydro tested. do i take it to a scuba shop? i have never had to do it. thank you.

Check out the dealer b/s/t. There is a guy who sends them off. You can also take it to a testing facility, they will usually charge around 15 to retest them. You must remove the reg if you do this.

thanks for the info.... so i need to take off the reg prior to testing the tank, correct? just making sure i understood correctly.

Most local scuba shops can do it as well, but it's usually more pricey than somewhere like hydrotester.com.
Getting it done locally can be faster if you need to have the tank back by a certain date.
