      O sorry for being stupid. Should I get a 12v or 5v? Would a cheap 9v battery burn out a 5v fan?

Why you need a fan? ... doesnt those sprays you use on the windshield on cars work?

I used a single 12v fan and ran it off of a 9v battery which will work fine, it lowers the speed a little but that also means its a little quieter.
