should i use nitro on my classic mag

I'm getting stock classic mag and was wondering if it was necessary to get nitro or if a ani-siphon would be fine

              WRONG!

However, HPA makes any automag better.

I just wanted to add that my classic mag ran fine on CO2 with a huge expansion. Just make sure to always have a parts kit handy, because the orings will wear out faster than with HPA. Of course, HPA is preferable, but sometimes that just isn't an option.

And when you get an HPA system your o-rings will last longer, cause the temp will stay uniform not like with CO2

I have recently set up my classic mag with a Palmer Stabilizer and CO2 tank. I have encountered no problems so far (though the Stabilizer does get COLD during rapid fire), and my tank is plain normal with no an anti-siphon. I will readily agree however, that for the price of a stabilizer and CO2 tank, you could buy a low-end HPA system.

a low end HPA tank runs like 80-90 maybe you can find one used for less just make sure you get one thats high out put most are but its gonna take 700psi to run your mag so the low out put tanks wont work for you. yes you can run your mag on CO2 but its not the best

Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

sure...the worst thing that can happen is that an oring blows, but you have your parts kit handy, right?
