After studying the photo I have to add my two cents.
The photo is most likely a housing project. No fences, sheds, or other man made objects. There are about 3 or 4 different house designs that are repeated. Most of the designs are duplexes with two small drive ways or one big drive way.
Have you ever lived in a housing project where the houses look like each other? You get confused and almost walk into somebody elses house and that is after you have lived there for a couple of weeks.
If this is going to be the site of a one time game then I'm predicting a lot of chaos. You will have a hard time figuring out where you are by looking at the houses around you. However, it still sounds like fun.Comment

Wowie Zowie! First there was an alien invasion in a Louisiana Cornfield (Signs)... then games in an abandoned military prison (Tomorrow Never Dies & Blue Moon Rising). When it could get no better, along came the use of an entire island with boat insertions (Fantasy Island). Will it ever end? Evidently NOT YET...
A MOUT (Military Operations and Urbanized Terrain) facility would have been an awesome experience... but NO... BlackCat has to do it one better and gives you an entire neighborhood to play in. Oh yeah... this is some SERIOUS SCENARIO... BlackCat Style!!
