Xmag CCM neck mod

I have seen a few pics of several Xmags with CCM necks, I need / want to know how they did this, and who I could get to do this for me.

Unless I am terribly dumb, and the stock feednecks screw off but from what I've seen I don't think that's the case.

Wish somethign like this could be done to the feedneck of a Micro-E! That's stellar work, though.
