not sure of who it is but agd and tunaman(dealer ehre) are the only ones that im aware of that do this it migth be one of them doing it but i would only trust agd or tunaman...out of curiosity what does it cost?

Well, AGD is in IL and Tunaman is in NJ.
This guy is in Yakima, WA. He's got an auction that is a $195.00 to complete this transaction. Trade your old valve + $195.00 and get the X-valve. I think AGD charges $225.00 for the same.
The guy has decent feedback:

But it doesn't make any sense - unless AGD will give him a price break if he exchanges 20 valves. Otherwise, he's taking a $600 hit.
($225.00 AGD Exchange Price - $195.00 His Charge) = $30.00 * 20 valves = $600.00

This guy won an auction on 9/3 - ask him how the deal went.
However this guy bought a RT/Pro Custom:
fast response, good service, but it did take him 3 weeks to get the item to me

I personally don't think its worth the $30 not to go through AGD.FEEDBACK
