You know, I must agree with ryan, vikings own. Not a lot of ups you can do to the 04s. I guess you could consider this a con... At the same time you don't NEED any ups.

I bought my 04 Viking with Razor Trigger and a Mitey Max for just under $1000 off of dbnpaintball.com. Best investment in ob i;ve made.

If I personally had the money I would probably look at the cyborg, the viking would be my next choice though.

Current Marker: FragMag w/ 12" Lapco Bigshot, Trinity Bad Habitz Unimount, RogueFactor clamping feedneck, 12v Revy, and 68/4500 Crossfire

You really ought to try them out if you can.
If you don't try them out first, its very likely you may end up with a marker that has something about the feel you don't like.
Then you end up going through 6 markers in 2 months like I did, regretting which ones you bought, and which ones you traded/sold away. :P

id say if you can find a good DM4 for under $1000 then go for it.
but watch out for those used markers.
I just picked up an HE bolt Shocker with clamping rise and wave trigger for $650, but every nook and cranny had some sort of paint/mud looking mixtures, and about every hex bolt had the hex hole stripped almost round. A little cleaning and part replacement, and its still a good marker, but people sell things with blown solenoids and stuff all the time.

AGD still has EMags. Or you could just get an RT Pro and save some $$.

alias, but i did get to fondle an 05 speed, and a borg (didnt get to shoot the borg though ) the speed was definately as fast with no chops all day, but was hard to get to stop bouncing (even with debounce all the way up i think the owner couldnt eliminate all bounce) all 3 are nice markers, but if i had the choice, alias, no question about it.

that is bad if you have to turn debounce all the way up and still get bounce. I bought an '04 viking and when I got it, it was missing a microswitch pin and it would bounce almost every time I pulled the trigger on debounce of 1, but I fixed it, now I only get a little bounce when walking the trigger on debounce 1. I also have pandora board, no was. BTW if you want a timmy why not just make a pseudo timmy at a fraction of the cost, check link.

go all the way to the bottom and you will see a cooler looking spyder than most timmies, that is if you are into that kind of gaudy crap.
