In my opinion your back up should always be equal to your main. Why? If you have to use the other you dont want to waste time getting used to a different gun, or you could swap parts from gun to gun

The new bushies are great I have a late model 2003 b2k, same as '04 basically w/ no pds. It is as fast as any gun without bounce, easy to maintain, and the only time it didn't work is when I didn't change the battery. Gripes, the detents suck if you are using a halo b and kicks more than my viking (micro-rock helps with that). There are several replacement detents that are cheap, so that isn't a problem. The only real upgrade that I would do for an '04 b2k with pds is buy a zenitram modified micro-rock lpr, they turned night into day for my marker. '04 ICD inline is fine, I bought an '04 gladiator for mine and had only marginal increase in performance. They designed this marker with simplicity in mind, it is way easier to adjust the trigger and tear apart than my viking. Just get some dow 33, slick honey, or some kind of lube like that for your ram and you should be fine.

b2k4 w/ pds is a really nice setup. Same trigger frame as my bko, serious rippage for a stock setup. Just make sure you get those eyes!

my E Mag backs up my ULE RT. soemtimes the opposite is true, however most of the time i just like shooting my mech over the emag.

an '04 Bushy with PDS is a very nice marker setup right out of the box.
a BKO is going to require ups and will cost near the same as the bushy in the end.
used imp with vision may be a good idea too, but they seem to be like the BKO where they need some $$$ luvin.

Just all depends on the money you have and what level you want.

one thing for sure, Bushies get knocked on alot by people who don't know any better, and so do up'd imps.

My current Backup for my '04 Shocker is an all STOCK 68 Classic Mag
