    when does this need to be rehydrotested?

    I got this tank with a marker i got of ebay. i have never had nitro before and don't know when this needs to be rehydrotested. the pic is below, does annone know? (ha ha poet and didn't know it) i need an awnser by tomorrow so i can know that it is safe to use it.

          Cylinders tested or retested prior to July 1, 2001 require testing 3 years from date. If it has been retested after july1, 2001 then it must be retested every 5 years. I am pretty sure that this is correct. I have an older centerflag tank that was dated 99 and tested in 02 and now has 5 years till next hydro

                With a DOT E-11065 number, it's a 3 year tank!!! I can't make the year from the picture though!!!

                  You are correct, I didnt even bother to look at the 11065

                      Yes it needs to be retested every 3 years so yes you need to get it retested before you use it.
