    need help on hydro.

    well i got this nitro tank and it said it had 3 yrs until next hydro. look at the part i highlighted below; it says RETEST PER U.S. D.O.T. FRP-1 & E11005 i'm lookin at the E11005 does that mean it needs to be rehydroed next year in nevember?

    please tell me if this needs to be in a different section i'm kinna new so go easy.

    the 10-IA11-99 is the date it was made. The stamp code (DOT-E1105) tells you how far from that date you need to getit hydroed. I'm going off memory here..but I'm 95% certain that it has expired (3 year hydro--meaning it expired in '02 OR 5 year hydro meaning it expired the first of this month). I Dont think you are allowed to fill it anymore, unless my memory of the E111005 code is incorrect...

      the current hydro on that tank is 10-99, IOW it was out of hydro 2 years ago.
