    Pay for your software. People bust their tails for horrid hours building the code for these games. You spend over 50 playing a day of paintball. You can pay 50, or less in this case, and not steal others intellectual property, that you realistically CAN afford.

    Why do people assume software is free to steal? I can see some of the points about digital music piracy, but people don't walk into Best Buy and walk away with speaker wire unpaid for

    Companies like MS would not take the theft of code lightly... If Halo 2 leaks, heads will certainly roll. Already, HL2, GTA4:SA, Doom 3, all have leaked. I think that my 50 on a quality title is a deal for me already.

    Don't steal.

      Too late. The French Pal version was leaked . $100,000 fine for downloading the pirated version.

        Ya HL2 leaked like a month ago.. Granted its French with English Subtitles.. but its the whole game..

                heh halo 2 leaked recently. i bought cstrike nearly 3 years ago, and ive well gotten my use out of all the steam games

                i dont think this will stand up. its like illegal music, you arent fined for downloading, just uploading
