    New to Mags..

    I just recently aquired a Tac-One and all I can say is... What the heck took me so long to drop my cocker this thing rocks!!!!

    Being that I am not familiar with this type of marker, are there any quirks that may pop up and surprise me?

      If it's brand new make sure to oil it well. Esspcially the on/off if you have a ULT installed. The on/off is small piece just on front of the regulator. You should be able to pull it out (gentally) with your fingers and put a few drop s of oil in it.

          Basically oil, gas up and go! When it starts to leak out the barrel for the first time go to the next carrier down in you lvl10 kit, and all will be good again.

              Welcome to AO, hmm, they beat me to it, except after getting it broke in alittle, you might have to add/subtract shims for the ult, but yeah, what they said!!!

                          Thanks for all of the great info all.... I am sure I will have more questions as I start playing with some more. But I do have to ask this one....


                          Are all mags air hogs or is there something I can do to tone down the comsumption rate just a tad? I am just curious because I am not used to only getting about 800 to 900 shots out of my 88/4500.

                          Now it is time to start working on getting the whole team to switch....
