        No close

It is very good. And almost exactly what I wanted for cartoon appearance. The only thing I would want different is 5 guys instead of one and it does not need to be an action pose. I can wait also. I have LOAD in line for the vinyl so I am set and we dont need it til march.

I think the name "Molly's Boys" sounds more like some prohibition era gang than anything else, like "Ma Barker's Boys" or the "Newton Boys". Kind of conjures up an image of a bunch a wild guys in fedora hats with tommy guns , more than some wrestler looking guy.

the media that a design is reproduced on, dictates the artworks color pallet and line weights.

to get a design to reproduce across that spectrum,
you had better concentrate on a strong Black and White concept

If I may, this is not entirely true in this case. Load and most sign shop nowadays have the ability to print a digital picture on the vinyl, then cut the desired shape out.

I do agree that a strong black and white concept is one that stands out more than a full color version. My question is this... why have plain jane, when you have bling!

If I'm the one who ultimately does the whole design then it'll be in a vector format. from there I can add or subtract color, add line thickness, whatever and save it to virtually any other format.

nope, you missed graphic design class

artists can talk like that fer hours on end
while debating the merit of san serif typography scrawled on plumbing fixtures

a good design is founded on a strong concept

find that concept that reads from 10 feet away

then add the bling bling color

                        Stop

Stop it my ears are bleeding. I need to go to a design class. The last art class I had my teacher told me I drew like a 1st grader. I think I was 17. Kind of bummed me out.

im game for this. ill sketch up some ideas this week to see what you like. but if you had a pic of your 5 boys let me know, i could speed up things.
also, does it matter what guns are in teh drawing, equipment, etc. i do not want to draw profilers, timmys, and empire clothes if you hate them
