    shooting in your house?

id like to get some info for shooting and testing your gun(s) inside your house.
Basically what kind of setup do you have(wooden box built to contain it,etc). cause right now im shooting at a towel and blew a hole in it, big mess.
I have my own apartment so size is important. thanks guys

You can try the Ninja barrel used for dry firing your marker:

I have a small 1 bedroom apartment, so I have problems with testing too. For dry firing I wrap my barrel in a towel, for firing rounds, I shoot into the bath tub with the shower curtain partially pulled closed. This keeps spray from getting all over the place, and then I can just rinse the tub area after I'm done.

Who would fire actual rounds inside your house. Only reason i'd see fit to that is if your testing your ace...

AKA sells a cocker threaded barrel muffler for dry firing indoors. Just like the ninja kit but alot cheaper since you don't get all of the other marker adaptors with it. As far as shooting paintballs in your house I would say buy a large rubbermaid trashcan and fire into that if you really feel the need to shoot inside. Just keep it tilted so the paint doesn't run out & all over the floor

I do it to chrono, especially after I buy parts and each night before I play. I don't need to wait until I get to the field to find out I need to change an o-ring, adjust pressures, or that the upgrade I slapped on the night before doesn't work correctly. It also ensures I regularly maintain my markers.

When I dry fire, I just wrap a towel around my barrel. When I shoot paint, I shoot into a large kitchen wastebasket. I put Saran Wrap over the opening to protect against splatter, and a bunch of towels in the bottom. The towels muffle the sound of the paintball hitting the wastebasket while preventing a lot of breaks, again to help cut down on splatter. I live in a two-bedroom apartment with a roommate and he doesn't mind, and we have pretty thick walls so the neighbors have never complained.

usually I turn down the lpr on my bushy really low so i can dryfire it without annoying everyone else in the house. I've never shot paintballs in the house, I live out in the country so I can just go outside if I wanna do that.

to muffel ur gun i just put a towell over all the holes... but if u r using balls just leave the barrel open.

At my shop i have a big traffic cone, with pvc tubing with a 90*angle on it that runs into a 5 gallon drum. I used it to crono guns, and stuff i sell. Works pretty well but sometimes the hole gets clogged.

Props to echo419 for the sig

watch out with the reuseable balls , di you see that one vid on the balls? the rufas balls didnt shoot and need the barrel to be oil'ed

As for firing your marker in the house , make a scienlcer , or how ever you spell it

Take you barrel wrap it in a thin cloth or paper towels (amke sure to leave a little bit hangin off the end of barrel

then tank a paper towel roll and put it over the cloth , finally take it in place , this should redice the sound

WARNING , Attention all Xbox owners, Power Cord defect)
