Product testing in the real world

    Hi all,

I was wondering how AGD test their products in the 'real world'? Do they test it in the factories under strict conditions and then let their workers play a few (hundred) test games to see how they actually perform in the field whilst it's raining/snowing/freezing cold/boiling hot?

Or, is there a select number of players who are given this kit to play with secretly (much like car testing) to see if it really is player proof?

    Cheers

Its a progressive project, first we make and test protos in house. Next a few of us use them locally and we refine them. We then give some out to selected people and our sponsored teams. At this point we have to evaluate how many problems we have run into to determine how much more testing we need. If we have had very few problems we move into production quicker, if there have been issues we continue testing and development.

The Emag had 8-10 people testing the gun almost every weekend for two months while we worked through the bugs. You can as Skirts about it he was there. The Superbolt never had any issues in testing only wearing out.
