Thanks for the update Colin. I'm sure some of these tards don't understand what is going on, but those of us that do understand appreciate what you are doing. Even if you can't tell us.

Personally I think its kinda funny that a lot of ppl are counting on the hAir trigger release. Ya know the old saying, dont count your chickens before they hatch. Just get an emag and you dont have to wait. Thats my two cents.

Nothing is concrete until it is released and set in stone. Until then, hey, suck it up.

          6) You say theres nothing new? how about... Intelliframe, Y-Grip, Level 10 SuperBolt Kit, ULE Trigger Kit, ULE Body, ULE Warp Body (those have been out more than i year i bleive, or at least as long as i had my mag)

I worship your emmense knowledge of the AGD situation

Get your facts straight before you come in here complaining about stuff you obviously know NOTHING about. ( i do know a little about this)

Thank you and have a nice day (good day to you too)
Im glad for the update... Im really not a paintball know it all and spend my life 24/7 on paintball (i hope that im not insulting anyone, and im not trying to)

actually, as a paintball company, agd is always putting out new things

is there anyone else putting out something new every year? think long and hard about this one. i said something new. not a new milling design, or a new lpr, or a new barrel. im talking about something that actually benefits their gun or is a new design

r + d cost serious money. no one has it to spend. so the same designs are rehashed. if you want a company to come out with a different version of their same old gun, talk to national not agd (no offense to national).

i see all these little start up companies all the time. they start out with a drop or on off, maybe a barrel. bling bling eye covers, bolts for guns. i could name a dozen such little companies. its great for diversity, but nothing new

agd comes out with products that break the mold, in my opinion

if hair comes out, it will rock your face

if it dosent, someone will come up with another version of it that will rock your face

or maybe agd has a new gun that will come out in a year or two and it will rock everybodie's faces.

i said rock your face like 3 too many times

My concern over this product is this....

Its taking a HELLA long time to get on the market. Its SUPER hyped and everyone (Mag users anyway) all looking forward to it. Will it live up to the hype? Will it continue to keep people's intrest if it takes ANOTHER 6-8 months to hit the market , with the trend towards ramping boards and cheating SP markers etc ?

This thing is only showing 15-16 BPS on the vid. Thats not real fast in the face of the popular electro's on the market today. Heck I could easily hit 12-14 on my RT , but I am supposed to pay out $100+(whatever) dollars on an an upgrade for my existing marker to get 2 BPS and less efficency*? Seems questionable. Like paying good money for the ability to walk your mech. Working harder to achieve what the RT trigger already does for the Mag more easily and barely slower.

This product , as cool as it is , may be too little too late. I am of the feeling that people are expecting more out of this than it will deliver. Once it gets in the hands of us fickle paintballers and the new wears off, will the long wait have been worth it? Especially when Billy Noob is blasting back a rope with his "CheaNerve" while pulling the trigger 4BPS.

              JMHO

              * I base this statement on the pneumatic operation of the trigger system. It may be neglegable(sp?) but its pulling air from somewhere....

I am thinking the same thing. By the time this comes out, will I still want it? I'll probably have bought a Karnivore by then, or at least Pred2'd my Dark LED. I love my mags, but I also love gun whoring.

Yeah , I see a lot of "neato" factor with this. But nothing performance wise that makes it worth all this Hype an wait.

All it really accomplishes is to avoid the rights issue for E frames, and now hasn't someone patented this before DW ?

the efficency problem is pretty much nothing it was stated that you loose about 3 shots off a 68/4500 tank thats practically nothing and pretty much all palces now a days offer all day air, the performance factor is a good statement will the trigger live up to its hype if its released none will really know that untill its released if ever.

Having been one of the few people on AO who have actually used the hAir in an actual tournament, I can tell you it IS worth the hype.

Some people "might" be able to hit 12-14 bps on an RT. But under ideal conditions, and it wouldnt be sustainable. And only some people could do it.

With the hAir, almost anyone could hit a high BPS. And its easily sustainable.

Theres a big difference between reality BPS and bull**** BPS.

Adjusting the ROF on my RT was fairly simple , but the faster I got the bounce the more I would encounter bolt stick.

I honestly never put it to the sound clip test , but could easily outshoot my Revi and sometimes my Egg. My chrono tops at 10bps so I can't confirm it that way. I know that I can hit over 8bps with one finger on my Matrix.Thats with no RT effect helping out.

I have used mechanicals for the past 4 years of play. My last cocker was so fast I had to convince people it wasn't an electro. I understand what you are saying. Many people make claims about being insane fast. I by no means have the fastest fingers on the planet , but I could roll on my RT. Honestly it doesn't matter to me that you think I am shizzin you , I know what I can do.

quoted for truth and validity. thordic is quite possibly the only person i have met to shoot a mech gun faster than me without any help, ie hair.
