    mq-valve questions

    Can somebody tell me when the mq-valve is coming out and how much it is going to cost?

      no and no

      no one actually knows(that will say) checkout the cocker version its pretty similar in function from what i understand
      and price hasnt been set yet its still afew months aways.

        The cocker version was debut'd at World Cup. The Mag version is just a proof of concept right now- basically- "ok cool. we got it to work." No pricing or timeline has been decided yet.

          It's new valve technology that was designed for the cocker platform but we are learning how to adapt it to other gun platforms. It requires an electro grip, as it is solenoid based. We can precisely control the dwell time (on the cocker version at .25ms increments.)

          On the cocker, it replaces all of the lower tube components- the hammer, lug, springs, valve- everything. This reduces the reciprocating mass CONSIDERABLY. It's fully compatible with the Eblade 1 & 2 as well as the Race frame platform. It requires that you have a threaded IVG as well.

            The benafit for a cocker is obvious...

            But how is it an impovement on a X-valve?
