So i have been hearing alot about trixes here, and i was wondering, would they make a ok front man gun? I know that it has that 2 tube design, 1 more than the automag, and if the extra weight would make a difference when i play. I know only one person who has a matrix in real life, and dont know any online (what online freinds do i have anyways). Hes kinda far, and i only know him from a ski club that my parents want me to go to every year.
(I never saw anyone at my local field that has one either).

any gun can be used in any position, with that said, matrix's are great markers suitable for anywhere on the field, small, not light, but, if you think its heavy, lift some weights, FAST, quite, no kick, good stuff

I just sold off my mag and freeflow cocker for a Dye Trix. I can tell you , its all that and more. Super , SUPER fast , no kick , WAY upgradable , super accurate.

My only complaints...it is quite heavy , its tall and long.Reliablity seems to be an issue. It is easy to fix though... But with the ROF it offers , you can use it as a bunker...lol

get one, there awesome. there is some upkeep, but nothing you cant learn. go to TMC, they've got some nice ones with eyes, as well as dye, who are trying to dump all theres. you might wanna weight. the prices on the old style matrixs will continually drop due to the dm4, dm5 and the new proto, which is supposed to replace it.

if i were you, i wouldnt get a trix if you play front. the whole purpose to being front is to be small and fast. that being said, the trix is one of the larger guns out there and is pretty heavy. that may make it harder to snapshoot or get back in your bunker quickly if needed.

Yeah that guns perdy small.

My never ending misunderstanding of buying an extreemly fast gun when u can only shoot 18-23 bps MAX for 1000 dollars when a 400 dollar gun will do is still being questioned. If anybody has the answer, PM me.

they way i see it...at first i was the same way(this gun for 500 already shoots at 20 bps but wats the point of getting a 1000 when it shoots 30 but i can only reach 18) well there are other factors in the markers ie efficency(sp?), feel, ACE,shooting operation. and wat they said above is right resale!

Yup, plus the High Efficiency bolt so you can use a 45/45 and have pretty much the smallest setup for a high-end gun out there.
