Why "Karta"

Just wondering why it is named Karta and what Karta means to the creator deadlywind.

So far I've learned that Karta means "can do" in Indian.

My red karta body and rail should arrive on Thursday. I can't wait

Karta : noun. Isolated river in southeast Alasaka. "The Karta is a beautiful place."
