About a month back, i made a sale of a ND Timmy for 1265 dollars to someone in Canada. To avoid paying fees etc he had me ship to his friend in Washington...Thats fine..he got the Timmy but claims that I didn't send him the barrel or the reg(torpedo). In fact I had purchased a BRAND new torpedo for him to use since the older torpedo was broken.
Now he is claiming that his friend wouldn't ever steal something like that and that I didn't include it in the package? What should I do?
