Warp sensor not working after dye job

Did anyone have any trouble with their sensor not working
after going through the rit dye bath? I just finished a
nice dark green fade. I dried the case and reassembled
my warp and progressively the sensor stopped working.
BTW- I have a AGD warp so the sensor is riveted to the
case and went for a soak with it. Is it likely that by
the morning it will have dried enough to start working
again? Or is the sensor toast?
    Much grassy-***!

There is still water trapped under your sensor and it needs to dry out. Take your warp apart and hit it with a hair dryer or let it sit overnight.

Make sure it's dry and that you got both the springs in that touch the board and the sensor. Missing one spring and it won't work.

Warp sensor not working after dye job

        Looks good this morning. Thanks.
I was worried the sensor could not withstand the heat
        from the dye bath.
        Tom,
I take it (this based on my fiddling) that the sensor is
        resistance based?
        Thanks again!
