Stock RT Pro Rail Q

i have an RT Pro and i was woundering if i could get rid of the metal rail that holds the front grip on and put it into the rail of the RT. i noticed there was a circular hole at the front of the rail and was woundering if i could punch it out. if i do punch it out how would i do it. thx

if i got ur 15* asa would that work w/ just the one hole? or for all the front grips do i need 2 holes?
