I have to agree...i re joined pbn after being banned for a couple of months...but if you stick to the help forums there are some very nice people there...but once you get to the b/s/t there is to much spaming/flamming... kinda like being in the wrong side of town...pbn is a huge city...you just have to know where not to go

i havent really found any helpful people on pbn ...ever, ive asked marker specific questions in their forums before, when there are lots of people in the forum, and wont get an answer even though i continally upped the thread, asked the same question(about a non agd marker) here got an answer in like 10 minutes.

Knowing what you're talking about is only a small, VERY small part of communication. You also need to have common ground (reason to be communicating), and the ability to communicate ideas CLEARLY, and horrible spelling, grammar, and typing are impediments.

That said, I don't go to PBNation much, but they don't seem so bad.

And my god, this translator is a barrel of laughs, and more.

No they don't. I'm a certified tech for angels and I see all sorts of stupid things being said by people "who know someone in WDP" that doesnt make sense. In fact a year or two back we started making stuff up ourselves(with new SN's) to spread around PBN about angel and spyder mods just to see if it was that easy to make stuff up that don't make sense of if people actually work at it. People backed us up saying we definately knew what we were talking about.

What I like about AO is if someone says somethign they usually back it up with data, experience or sometimes scientific theory.... imagine that.....actual thought.

Here if people don't know an answer they give a good guess or don't say anything at all and people who might know answer the question.Someone asked a question about how a flatline barrel works. Here people talked about magnus effect, and bernulli's principle. There they spout out answers like " OMFG you st00pid n00b how do you not know that!?!?!?!?! sell your m98 and by a shocker with HK and Gucci laser engraving and Fendi grips and kill muppets with it." You probably have to sort through 15 similar answers till somone gives you an actual answer.

When I was newer to the sport I would get flamed for asking questions about air turbulence created by the bolt in motion, why would a closed bolt gun be more accurate, using composites in guns and similar things and dismissesed as a spyder shooting n00b.

Here people ask and get great answers from guys like Hitech, AGD (a genious), Rouge, Coolhand , and a variety of gus who have been playing in the sport and are capable of explaining things with intelligence not just a random semblance of letters, numbers and punctuation.

PBN has it's place. At times it is a quick place to grab answers on upgrades for customers or to find out about new products. If you really need help with something I would rather ask it here. I would rather here it from experience players than some 13 year old with 6 $1500 dollar guns and opinions based on whichever one he's holding at the time.

PBN is a great forum, there is lots of company reps that post often so you get updated info most people don't know about all the time. There are way more people which translates to stupider people, but also, lots more people with good facts on guns. I know a lot about guns, and when I have a problem with them, its usually pretty serious, the guys over on PBN ALWAYS help me out.

PBN is a great forum. It is far more diverse than AO, and can be suited for all players. On AO, lord forbid you mention the word agg...

Now that that is out of the way, on to the translater. For one, this is the EXACT same as that AOL translater, only it says PBN instead of AOL. Second, people on PBN don't talk like that at all. Even the people that talk similar to that jokingly don't talk like that.

This thread sucks, and so do the people that bash PBN.
