    i just got photoshop 7.0 and im just learing how to really do things on it. IS there any way to change say the color of a marker not by switching to greyscale and rpg color and using the magic wand and paint brush? its the only way how i know to do it and it takes a long time

    You can use hue/sat also and move color around. It usually takes a varity of ways to look right.

      check out image/ adjustments/ "replace color" applied to selections that are copied to new layers

      these layers can be mode set to only push the hue on top of the lower layer

        You can make a new layer above the image and flood it with a specfic hue/value. Then change it's blend mode in the layer window to something like Hue or Color. It will affect the whole image however.
