    Of course it's cheaper as a package. Imagine how much a car would cost if you bought it piece by piece.

    I once had a friend who was seriously into cycling (12" of snow and he biked to university). Now, no bike came with exactly the setup he wanted. So, he would often buy two or three bikes, one with the right frame, one with the right wheels, one with the right gearset, etc., to build the bike he wanted. After building the bike he wanted, he rebuilt the remaining bikes with the leftover components and sold them.

    The bike he ended up with was significantly cheaper than what it would cost to buy all the parts seperately.

            for the price of a pump kit and to have it installed it would probly be around the price of just buying a new stock phantom...ide say do that instead.

            mag conversions just arent really feasable.
