From a players stand point, when I pick a field, I want to know care about it and the players. Create 2-3 GOOD fields, a hyperball for sure, and possible invest in some lighting. Get some good refs, and YOU yourself should try and be there as often as possible. Talk to the customers, and get to know them, especially talk to the guys who are their for their first time. If they think your such a great guy, chances are they will come back. Try and keep the prices a few bucks cheaper than the other guys, and offer decent quality paint. Blaze is good for the buck, and not many guys complain about it.
