I currently have a Dye UL Back with a .687 bore. I want to switch on over to the stiffi front. Now the question is that do i have to get a .687 stiffi front bore or could i change it up and get a .689 without affecting performance and accuracy?

Most barrel kits have a huge bore for the fronts, I know the J&J 2-piece's have a .70 front and mine always shot darts.

Tips dont matter in that aspect. They taper out to a large enough bore so that the ball really doesnt even touch the inner walls of the tip. The control bore in the back should really be the only part that touches the ball.Comment
