I'd actually like to find out what their specific points were that WGP/K2 were claiming were infringed on...I call BS...but whatever...and they straight up went after NPS...that's showing that K2 has some balls to totally alienate themselves within the old guard of the industry...that would be like k2 going after SportMart/Sports Authority for making knock off inline skates or something...if you've got the lawyers go for it...but you may just be screwing yourself in the process...as if they care... -

- AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026. Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
