Most inexpensive place to get Level 10?

Well, after years of exceptional play with my Classic Mag, I recently bought an EMag. Thing is, this one doesn't have a Level 10 already installed so I need to pick one up.

I'm looking around but figured I'd ask the experts here:

Where's the most inexpensive place to pick up a Level 10?
