    I'd guess drugs as well.

    But, I don't think sellingmarkers would help much. Marhup and potential profit on equipment is pathetic. If I was to open a paintball facility, I'd not bother with stocking the proshop with much equipment. Just concentrate on servicing and consumables.

      No way!

      Unless you won the lottery or otherwise have a lot of cash and nothing better to do with it, buying real estate is a very bad idea for a startup business. All your capital gets locked up in the building and is unavailable for operating expenses and equipment. Plus, amortising a building is much more complex and gives much lower tax benefits than renting (meaning much less liquidity and more difficult to remain in business).
