Anyone shoot an EGO yet?

haven't shot one but have seen one first hand and they are very very impressive. No breaks and very quick. Might have to say almost as quick as me on my Xmag, almost.

The people clambering over it were saying things like

"it weighs nothing"
"theres no kick"
"wow"
"holy crud"

etc. So I think thats a good sign.

Also with the looks of the thing (not that they are that important really) the gun doesn't look right until you put a hopper on it. You'll see what I mean when you buy one

One of my teammates has one. He swears by it. It's wicked fast and very light.

A guy had one at the field 2 weeks ago.. The thing was crazy fast. I didn't get a chance to shoot it but I held it without a tank/loader -- it weighed NOTHING.. Literally, nothing..

The Guy I get my Autocockers from is buying one for his personal weapon of choice, (Next to the Extream Cocker

) He should have it in a few days. I'll shoot it and even take some pics.

From the replies here thy sound like a matrix/timmy/shocker hybrid... So close to my dream gun! If I get good reviews of it's reliability....

LPB. according to a diagram on PBnation EGO forum its is poppet valve gun. The ram housing/ sleeve has QEV's intergrated into it. so essentially like an intimidator but "refined"

Anyhow with the Isis being nixed for a bit, i think the ego might be my next gun. Now i just need to shoot one just to feel its balance.

real nice peice . i dry fired one on sunday at the shop by me .. it was set up with a crossfire 45/45 .rips 40bps board stock in it . the gun itself weighed about the same as the tank really light .. i was amazed ...
