Are they legal to wear under jerseys? I know I've been posting alot lately, ive just decided to maybe get into some tournies, and I need to know these things. Plus I'm bored as hell.

depends on how strict the rules are at that specific tourney
i have been told yes, no, and let me go find out. most places, especially smaller tournies, let you wear them under your jersey/shirt. i have seen refs make people wear them on the outside of the jersey thoughmy feedback
