Edit: I want to know why they make the bolt stick out so far though. It looks ugly IMO
Probably so you have something to grasp for bolt removal.

For asthetics, the frame hump should go. Has anyone shot it for a "look bad-feel good" review? Other than the hump, it looks great.

i can garauntee you the frame is that way for one reason, the fact that they tossed the tray. look at the timmy. clamshell for space, same with most other markers on the market. quit yer complainin, you cant have it all

what bothers me, is the fact that the body doesnt match the frame, hated this with the speed 05's and i hate it with this

Goddammit each time i see it makes me feel like selling my proto matrix.

BTW the new software of the board is very very fast even better than my chaos. Since the ICD techs change the board at the world cup with no charge man i never had seen my bushy shoot so fast.

I get what you're saying. It's a good question too.

My new B2K4 should be arriving today. I'd feel bad about not waiting for the 2K5 if I hadn't got such a good deal on it. The new one's sure look nice.

If you've ever taken a timmy apart, you'd know that the frame has to halves to it.....like a clamshell Same applies to this. If you look closely, you can see the seamline between one half and the other. That large protrustion is is hollow and most likely has the battery in it.

I , for one, and very excited. I will probably pick one up since it looks like pnuetrigger mags are never happening.

                      booooooo the new b2k boooooooo

                      i like my old ones
i dont like the grip frame too timmy like
but the tray removal is nice

its not impossible to remove the tray on older ones

just needs a timmy noid and thread the body holes for the fittings

eh, never taken a timmy apart.. sorry. I never knew that... I always heard clam shell and didnt know wtf people were talking about, I just associated clam shell to the big rear end hump. thanks for informing me.

I'm guessing that the frame is similar/the same to the one on the 2nd gen Freestyles, in which case it's pretty darn comfy.

The hump is getting MUCH smaller. More like the freestyle guns.

This was just an early prototype.

Body doesn't match the frame because one was made at a different time to the other and has different polish/finish.

It will match when they get to production.
