yea they can, they just locked the boards now, if you read up you would understand what im talking about, but you can get a ton ton shocker a www.punisherspb.com, i dont like sp what they do legally but i do like my fully upped 2004 shocker sft, if punishers doesnt have it i dont know where to get it unless you call them up, or go on the shocker owners fourm and ask.. Ydna will most likely know.
