using a gauge adapter to extend foregrip

i have a q loader and need to clear my drop if i am going to angle it down on my 45* asa. i need a longer but same width foregrip. i was thinking of sing this gauge adapter to extend my foregrip a little. will this work? (i will also either put in a gauge or plug the hole up)

please help. or if you have anny other suggestions to make the foregrip longer or know of a really long foregrip (4.5 in). and it MUST NOT TAPER!!! because i don't want my q to slide off

      1. buy a new and longer forgrip
      2. that should work but you will need to buy...i forgot what they were called...the things you screw into where the guages are suppose to go to make sure air doesn't leak like mad out of those holes.
      3. have you attempted mounting the q-loader on your feedneck instead of the asa?
      4. If the drop is in the way you can reverse the drop or get a smaller drop
      5. Purchase a custom mounting set thing from Ancient Innovations
      6. You can angle your q-loader to the side a little bit so that it will clear the drop but be off cenetered

yeah the gauge adapters and plug it, or put another gauge on. second choice

        i will try it tonight

well, it is an endo and i do have a z grip so it is kinna complucated to do that.

        5. Purchase a custom mounting set thing from Ancient Innovations
not a good idea for my setup, i like it better with the stock one.

        6. You can angle your q-loader to the side a little bit so that it will clear the drop but be off cenetered
that's what i have now, but my plan is to put it directly under the gun so it is more balanced

if you do mount it on your feedneck i recommend taping your feedneck with 1 layer of electrical tape so that the mounting bracket doesn't scratch up your annodizing
