    high/low pressure , difference?

i was looking at this and it says low pressure. so what i am wondering is if my crossfire 68/45 hp tank will be able to be used on it. i have never really dealt with high/low pressure before so i am unexperenced at this particular level. could you also tell me the difference between the two?
