some question about the rt ule custom

hello to all...I am just entering the wonderful world of AGD...I have been playing paintball for 6 years now and I have tried so many different markers out there...my latest was the WGP NightKast which gave me nothing but good looks and bad times...I have come to my senses and purchased the RT ULE Custom. I am hoping this will end my days of pondering a new marker to play with...I have heard nothing but great things about AGD and now I am going to witness this first hand...My questions are as follows:

    1. I have not yet purchased an air system for this gun...which would be the smartest way to go...smart parts with the max flo setup...pmi...crossfire...i know that i want 68ci 4500psi, but not sure which company would be best for this gun...

    2. I also did not purchase a barrel with my new marker, I am thinking about the new boomstick or the freak barrels'...are these wise choices...

thank you all for your help with this and i look forward to showing off my marker on here very soon...

    Welcome to teh family

any nitro tank is fine. a preset 68/45 around 800+ psi out is great

you can get an adj tank if u wish so u can input the pressure and get MAJOR bounce.

    as for barrels..a barrel is a abrrel, CP,lapco, j&j,

whitewolf(sig) also has some nice barrels cheap that take inserts.

If you purchased the ULT (trigger kit) with your ULE custom, then I would suggest a simple 800+ psi fixed output tank. The Ult will cut down that reactivity that causes bounce (and makes it more easily "tourney legal")

but if you didnt get the ULT and you wanna rapidfire via bounce, then you'll want an adjustable tank..
      AIr america
      SP Maxflo
      and AGD Flatline
are some of the companies and models for adjestables.

I use a Kingman JAVA 88/45 and have had nothing but A+ performance from my tank and ULE custom..

I have a stiffi carbon fiber 14" barrel right now that I like a lot... but like chrono said... J&J is a great barrel for the marker.... remember ... autococker threads...

good luck and welcome to mags

          1. I think dynaflows are the best tanks out there right now

          2. barrels are barrels.
