      Scam? Probably not.

Basically, you buy the link for $20. At the website, you're told to pay $200, then get 5 friends to do the same... so after your 5 friends sign up, you get your marker, and they each have to convince 5 friends of theirs to do the same, etc.

                It is a scam.

Read this link and this is before anyone decides to post the link asked about above...don't do it

Does it really fall under that rule though? I mean, I don't think it's a scam (well, not in the way you probably think it is anyway), but in either case you're not getting something for free. He's also not advertising the site, he asked what it was about and other people said they wanted to see the link.

I mean, I know you're the boss (mod) and what you say goes; just figure I'd throw in my $0.02

Posting the link would mean that the rule would have to be used....so better than me sitting back and letting the link to appear...I posted the warning and reminder. Nothing more. As I can already see the posts...."I only posted a link etc etc" If I did sit back and wait for the unnamed person to fall over. I haven't locked the thread as the more people who view the thread will post the same...scam.

                      I have the link BTW.

                      It is a pyramid system.

                      It is legit.

The odds of actually completing the pyramid....very slim but possible.

Time frame to complete the pyramid....averages 7mos to 1 year.

I highly recommend against it. :)

the scam originated from a site which appears to be a computer gaming website... i cant seem to find the exact page in my history though.. weird.. anyways.. i think i read through the page about 4 times convincing myself it was just something to rip you off... sad, really.. i wonder how much money they have ripped off of people..
