DK1 comes as a derivative of deathknight1, from Might and Magic IV: Clouds of Xeen. It was a game that my brother-in-law, cousin, brother, and I all got wound up in as a kick when we were bored. Deathknights showed up, and we always thought it was funny that everything had various kinds, simply identified with the numerals at the end. So, you'd have bat1's, bat2's, and bat3's all running around.

Deathknights were quite tough, and the deathknight1's were fairly hard to just beat down... so I kinda picked it up and ran with it.

Since then, I realized that the name didn't really fit who I was, since I have no intention of glorifying death or being identified with it. SO, I just started using the abbreviation that I always end with.

          So, I'm not from denmark.

[edit]I just had to throw this in for the HSR crowd out there...

1ofkind Wow great thread, anyway, My nick came from a gun I used to have (original Micromag/w/smoke revy/warp). I was a real headtuner and I always found it fun to take with me.

My nickname was derived originally from two nicknames to form my business name. The first nickname Fragxor, the second nickname Tek N9ne. Hence FragTek.

                Frag

                1. To obliterate or destroy

(Out of my own personal mind dictionary )

                Tek

                1. Slang for technology

                FragTek

                1. The use of advanced technology to destroy an oponent
