gap antifreeze or what ever it is called was .692 or atleast the thick side of the ball was!!
pointblank is .692-.695

this is a great idea but I have noticed that some balls are bigger than stated
for example marbs. are supposed to be .686-.688 midnight is .686-688...but marbalizer is definetly a bigger ball and i do have to changes backs when i use it.

There is also a half page list of balls and sizes in the Feb/Mar 05 issue of SPLAT

I don't have the time to transfer it over but if you want to add more to your list thats another
37 or so balls

problem is paint changes bore size bybatch, so really your post it worthless... sorry

FYI, paint sizes change regularly depending on production conditions,overall age,storage conditions and local temperature and humidity.

Best your ever going to be able to give is POSSIBLY small,med and large.Even then there will be a larger margin for errror.

A for effort tho.

might want a plus or minus next to everything...

when i consistantly used blaze, i found myself using all different inserts to my kit.
which means anywhere from like .890 to .687

Its a nice idea just not real practicle.... This weekend I went to a field that used RPS flash as field paint and it fell through my .679 insert. Some paint can be really inconsistant I've had cases of Nelson Anarchy that were averaging .695... then i had some that were .687...

they are all right about the paint size difference but this does give a good baseline to see whats most common maybe!! this could help out someone not wanting a kit!!also you messed up i posted gap antifreeze as .692 you listed it as .682 also maybe you would like to try to post the paintsizes bye bore size instead of Alphabetical order

Not for nothing... I NEVER had a case of any Draxxus Paint ( blaze , hellfire , midnight , Imperial ect. ) that was ever close to .689. they always hover between .679 or .684.. with the rare case of midnight being .687.. Draxxus paint is notoriously small..

Also.. there are far to many variables to make this thread worth the bandwith.. you have climate changes , shipping conditions , manufacturing changes , and more..
