A What Would You Get Thread!!!

I have about 1,100 to spend on a new gun. I've narrowed it down to the

WDP '05 SPEED ($1,045.00)

or

WGP KARNIVOR ($1,050.00)


Now I've been lucky enough to shoot the Karnivor, but I've never got the chance to shoot an '05 Speed. However I have shoot an older '04 Speed but I'm told its totally different due to the new trigger. Anyways which gun would you prefer and why?

I've fired both the Karni and Speed, nice markers. However, I would buy the Speed any day. It's all a matter of personal preference.

well, for me i would spend my money on a devilmag, and get a custom anno, a warp and a empire reloader b with a dye throttle stubby tank.... but thats me, otherwise from the reviews ive read get the 05 speed.

I would get a Buzzard, then spend the rest on a Revo(RC Truck) but thats just me. From the two markers that you narrowed it down to I would go for the 05 Speed, I like WDP more than WGP.

id go with the speed, though id look at an EVO, DM5, or what i hope to soon add to my collection of mags, the devilmag

I really like both. The Angel actually isn't that much slower than the Angel. The Angel didn't seem to accurate though, so the Karni beats it in accuracy. On the angel, you can't use any other reg, the reg is built into the body. I'm sure someone makes a vert adapter for it. If you get the Angel, go with the .45 frame for sure.

05 Speed.


I have a Karni,love it but its still a Cocker. ( Oh hush) Iffy reflective eye,little hard to get to shoot fast and stay clean,super light though.Very small recoil from the now minimal reciprocating mass and when you do get it going it's quite fast.The best effort in an E-Cocker WGP has ever pulled off and BTW pretty efficient.Mine is a Pro so the complete matching kaner kit is a nice addition but....

Shot a Speed for a while (wasn't mine) it was a pretty solid all around marker.New eyes work well,easily adjustable trigger,much thinner grips than before (hated those) only problem was in doing so I had the opportunity to do a little side by side comparo with a DM5....which I did get instead and now the DM5 seems to be my favorite marker...oh wait...what was the question?

Oh yeah...Speed over the Karni.
